Arnold Schwarzenegger Affair Fallout : Did She a Maid? Why Did He Come Clean Now? Arnold Schwarzenegger alleged affair was silenced so that Schwarzenegger could run for Governor, claimed news in 2005. But on Monday,  Schwarzenegger admitted to a different affair now that he is out of office as Governor.  Schwarzenegger admitted to an affair with his household employee of twenty years that resulted in a love child roughly ten years ago, unknown to wife Maria Shriver. But this week, and again in 2005, Schwarzenegger also battled affair allegations from another woman: Gigi Goyette.

Gigi Goyette, aka Gigi Goyette Jeffers, dominated a news report in 2005 entitled “Actress Paid Not to Talk of Schwarzenegger Affair”. The news report at the time claimed that two years earlier American Media (owner of the National Enquirer and other publications) had been paid Goyette “$20,000 not to discuss their relationship”.

The article surfaced as details of Goyette hit the front page of the LA Times. Goyette, claimed the Washington Post, was paid not to reveal her story to anyone other than American Media. The Post claimed that Goyette asserted her and Schwarzenegger “reconnected in the late 1980s and carried on a once-a-year affair, generally when she was working at the annual fitness convention he hosts in Ohio. “

This week  Goyette allegedly told the Daily Mirror that “Maria Shriver is a Kennedy so I think that, like a good Kennedy, she decided to ignore what was happening.” FOX claims that Goyette has since said “There were so many other women. About 13 have come out of the woodwork.”
