Defense of Marriage Act Unconstitutional
We live in a country where the President and his cronies decide what laws to follow, and what laws to enforce; What companies are taken in charge and that companies are not. which follow a comprehensive reform of health and who does not.
Which means that we live in a fascist country ruled by a dictator elected himself positioned above and outside of the law, it requires to follow us - and that has granted the right to decide who must follow laws, how, when and why.Attorney General Eric Holder has just published a press release announcing that the Department of Justice will defend is no longer the constitutionality of the defense of marriage act. President Obama made the critical groups gays for saying that he supports repeal of DOMA,
federal policy that restricts the marriage of a man and a woman, signed by Bill Clinton in 1996, requesting always DOJ to defend in court. In two current cases against DOMA, Pedersen v. OPM and Windsor v. United States, the Department of justice now will continue to be participatory but won't defend the constitutionality of DOMA.
